Teresa Tugliani

Teresa Tugliani is a PhD student in Advanced Research in Economics and Management at the University of Parma. Her doctoral research focuses on the governance structures and sustainability of Civic Food Networks. She has been involved in the ONFOODS project (NRRP - NextGenerationEU), where her work examined producer-consumer relationships within Short Food Supply Chains, sustainability reporting for agri-food Small and Medium-sized Enterprises, and the role of wholesale markets urban food distribution and urban food policy.
