Davide D'Ascoli is a PhD student in Economics and Management of Innovation and Sustainability at the University of Parma. Graduated in Food Technology and Food Quality Management, he conducts research within the ONFOODS project, focusing on the promotion of sustainability in agri-food systems.

He gained international academic experience at the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid, where he specialised in agri-food marketing and food microbiology. His research interests include sustainable innovation and quality management in food systems.
