On 20 November 2018, at 11.30AM, the Opening speech to the Degree Programs in Political Science a.y. 2018-2019 was held at the University of Parma. The event was jointly organized by the Department of Law, Political and International Studies of the University of Parma and CSEIA. Marcello Flores, Full Professor of Comparative History and History of Human Rights, gave a report on "1968 in a historical perspective: a global turning point".
