Il 19 e 20 giugno 2017, si è tenuto presso il Palazzo Centrale dell'Università di Parma un workshop, aperto alla partecipazione di giovani ricercatori italiani e stranieri, sul tema "New Technologies as Shields and Swords: Challenges for International, European Union and Domestic Law", co-organizzato dal Centro Studi CSEIA e dalla rivista elettronica QIL (Questions of International Law).
