On 5-7 October 2017, the international conference "Neuroscience and law: implications and perspectives" was held at the University of Parma. The event was organized by the University Bioethics Center, CSEIA and the Department of Law, Political and International Studies of the University of Parma. The conference focused on the study of the different interactions between the neuroscience sector and the law, trying to understand how neuroscientific discoveries can affect some fundamental legal categories and how law should behave in the face of these innovations.
