Hilva Gjoni is a PhD candidate in Food Science at the University of Parma (Department of Food and Drug), supervised by Prof. Chiara Dall’Asta. Her doctoral research explores metabolomics-based strategies to investigate botanicals, with a particular focus on authenticity and their safety assessment.
