Damiano Callegaro is currently enrolled in the second year of a PhD programme in Food Science at the University of Parma. He holds a master's degree in Human Nutrition Science from the University of Parma and a bachelor's degree in Food Science and Technology from the University of Padua. He works on the 'OnFoods' research project, funded under the PNRR, and is involved in the evaluation, development and application of educational and empowerment models aimed at promoting healthy and sustainable diets (MED49 – Human Nutrition).
