Chiara Cerbone (Ph.D.) is postdoctoral research fellow in Comparative Public Law as part of the Onfoods project at the University of Parma. She obtained her PhD from the University of Siena, in collaboration with the University of Foggia and UNED in Madrid, with a thesis on emergency management in regional states (Italy and Spain). Her professional experience includes legal internships focusing on administrative litigation and government action, as well as practical experience at the Court of Naples and the Regional Council of Lazio. She has conducted research stays in Spain at the Universities of Oviedo, UNED and the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona. He is a member of several research groups, including the BRICS Research Group and DIPEC (Research Group in European and Comparative Public Law). His main research interests concern constitutional emergency management, the right to food and the development of policies against food waste in the context of the European Union.
