Maria Cristina Ossiprandi is Associate Professor at the Department of Veterinary Sciences of the University of Parma, where she teaches “Veterinary Microbiology and Immunology” for the Degree Course in Veterinary Medicine,“Environment and health: priorities and criticalities” for Innovative and Sustainable Animal Production and the optional course (University proposal in the field of the so-called “transversal skills”) in “Sustainable Development”. She is also a lecturer in the following Specialization Schools: “Animal Health, Breeding and Livestock Production” and "Inspection of “Food of Animal Origin”, and a member of the PhD board in Microbiology and Health”.
